MPS Foundation denounces press leak about action for liability

The Monte dei Paschi di Siena Foundation announces that the Administrative Board resolved in today’s meeting to file a complaint against unknown persons concerning the leak to the press about the action for liability being taken against the members of the preceding management boards after the 27 February meeting of the Board of Directors.

The articles in the press that are the object of the complaint, published in the days preceding the official announcement by the MPS Foundation on 5 March, quoted substantial excerpts from reserved documents on the evaluation of previous actions by management.
